Cluster Software

Here is the documentation we have on various pieces of software on the cluster. We try not to duplicate existing documentation here- look at manpages, info pages, or the software's home page for most usage information. Instead, we add notes about how to get the software working on the cluster, changes we have made, configuration information, and other UGCS-specific information.
