The preferred way of contacting the UGCS sysadmins is through the sysadmins email list, sysadmins at ugcs dot caltech dot edu. This is the best way to get a quick response.

The phone in UGCS is Caltech extension 4590, or 626-395-4590 from an off-campus phone. It is exceedingly unlikely to be answered.
