create_mailinglist

To create a mailing list, run the command

create_mailinglist <listname>

from a command prompt on any of the to.ugcs computers. This program creates a drop file, with the name of the mailing list (this does not work like the drop system). These drop files are read every few minutes, and you will receive an email with the password for your new mailing list when it is created. After the list is created, you might want to see Mailman help for help on administering your mailing list.
