Dell Poweredge 350

This is a 1U Dell Poweredge 350. I didn't bother taking it apart and taking pictures because it was getting late. The front cover removes to reveal a serial port, cdrom, and floppy drive. On the back, it has two ethernet ports, and the normal array of connectors. I couldn't figure out how it turns on (!), so that's all about this computer for now. If I plug in an ethernet cable, stuff on the front blinks but nothing shows up on the monitor, and I don't see any power switches or anything. It's also 3am so I might just be missing something obvious.
