We have a few issues that we need to start thinking about to plan for the next year. ==Colocating policies== At the current rate, we will run out of colocation space pretty quickly. We don't have a lot of crap sitting around anymore, but don't have a lot of space to put another colo rack nicely. Also, racks and switch ports aren't cheap- a rack is a couple hundred, and another switch is another couple of hundred at least. Also, over the past year, we have added 4 or 5 machines- we can't afford to keep growing colo machines at this rate very long. ==Other services== We need to decide what other services we want to offer to the community and how to implement them.
