Meeting Minutes

Old Business

• E-wasted a bunch of hardware
• Receiver came in and it works

New Business

• E-waste- decide in January if we want to have transportation pick it up

Lab improvements

• Audio server- Chris, Liz maybe?
• Lock or combo for server closet- Combination lock on the front doors, keyed lock on the side
• Locking login machines- we should lock them,
• Disk quotas- We should set up an automated warning system, but we don't know how close users are to their quotas
  • Run an analysis to see how it's being used
  • From a publicity point of view, it's more exciting to raise both at the same time, so we should wait until we get more disks
