Netboot Details

Partitions

The netboot machines expect the following partitions:

  • /dev/hda1 (optional) /boot
  • /dev/hda2 (optional) swap
  • VG ugcs_login:
    • etc- Not currently used
    • tmp- Should be at least 4gb, bigger if it can be
    • var_run- 128mb
    • var_tmp- 128mb
    • cache- As big as it can be
