My Friend Ilya wanted me to put a link to his
pet project AdAssassin.
It's a pretty good pop-up stopper, and only crashes IE every once in a while. I should mention that it does contain some spyware. It hijacks your Amazon.com referal fees and sends them to Ilya's account. It can be configured to send them to your own account - that's why he calls it "the software that pays you back".
