Some Stuff I'll Pretend has Literary Merit
Modest Proposal : Something I wrote in junior year about my high school (which I am now thankfully graduated from, so I don't care about it anymore, although I'm just bitter enough to keep this online). This is the specific version. There is also a not as good generalized version here.
Valedictorian Speech: I wrote it the night before graduation of course. I didn't think it was that good, but other people said it was good, although that tends not to mean anything.
Dude! I actually wrote fiction! I got off my lazy ass and wrote a couple stories. For... um... class. Oh well, here they are:
Warning: Both were written on little sleep, on all night type a thons. In fact, Shape-shift was written in 12 hours after 30 hours of no sleep. Because I'm stupid.
Russian Lit stories: This is what happens when I write 30 pages in 3 days. "In the City" is based on Chekhov's peasant stories, and "Circles" is sort of derived from a lot of stuff in modern Russian Lit, mainly Bulgakov's Heart of a Dog and Zamyatin's We. Yeah, and I didn't proof-read them very much either.
Not at all literature, but just funny. The most spiteful Chem 3 lab ever. Ah, pass/fail.
