Hi, I'm Rik. I am a postdoc in astronomy.

I'm mostly interested in ultralight backpacking, and am always looking for people to go with.

Would also like to give mountaineering a shot. Unfortunately the equipment needs for these two activities seem to be mutually exclusive.
