old stuff
December 1, 2000
I'm not writing stuff up on here anymore. I was looking at someone
else's website and found very blatant criticisms of people I like;
"dude, my mom was warning me about germans. They are all so weird. "
I realized that really, this person didn't mean anything bad but that
person went ahead and said it, and I don't think that person should have,
especially where the other person could very easily find it. If I were
the person referred to in that quote, I would be offended. But I know that
the person who wrote it doesn't mean to be offensive.
All that said, I don't want to say crap like that by accident. It happens to
everyone. But the best way to prevent it is to say nothing at all.
But I promise, I'll put up pictures every once in awhile.

The Blacker
photo album is finally done. I think most of the captions are right
but I could be wrong. I'm regretting spending 6 hours on it, since one of
the direct results is that I will be handing at least one set in late
and have no time this week to even hear myself think. Christmas break
will be such a relief. I'm tired of school, my head feels like it's
full of cotton or something, I can't think, I'm going to bed now even
though it's obscenely early and I haven't started the aforementioned set,
I wish I was back here:

I swear, I'm going to update this thing before I leave for
Hong Kong for Christmas break. As historian of Blacker, I've got
plenty of pictures I could use. Of course, as historian of
Blacker, I also should have put up pictures for Blacker too...
um I'm getting to that this afternoon, really!
Somehow, being a senior, I expected to have plenty of free time.
Not true. Between my two classes with real work, my 2 other classes
that require b.s. work, skin diving, grad school applications, job
interviews, working 12 hours a week at JPL... I'm crazy busy. How
strange. At least next term should be light (I'm planning on taking
at least 12 units of pure fluff).

I'm back at Tech now; you can find me in Blacker room 00. I'm in the process of moving my stuff back in (much harder than you think).
I went to JPL and confirmed that I will be working with the Mechanical Engineering Division there. I've the choice between several projects, including the Athena robot, Muses-C nanorover, and a supersonic drill for Mars. I start sometime next week!
Get A Job!
I don't know if these things work but I'd love to find out :
