Once Upon A Time In America-Director's Cut|W|
Any movie that's 3:47 is going to have it's ups and downs--I'm happy to report that this one is mainly ups. The price of grandeur on a large scale is cheesiness in the details. Starring Robert DeNiro and an excellent James Woods as two little boys who grow up and grow old. (Note on the print: The director's cut is <i>much</i> better than the shorter studio cut. The State's print is OK, but they skipped a reel when I was there.)
