Mike Benedetti's Review, April 20, 2001:

Boram/Lim, Ludlow & Houston, NYC

Urania walked into Katz's and Lori said "Don't you know her?"

All cool I waited for her to sit down. She disappeared.

Lori said "She went back outside."

I went outside to find Jerry Lim and Tom Boram.

They performed "Who Are These People?" Tom, in his inimitable style, explored that region which lies over the top, hugging and laughing with total strangers. Jerry provided a steady foundation, ignoring the situation. Each time Tom toned his part down, Jerry highlighted the fade by shaking someone's hand or nodding recognition. This would sent Tom hurtling towards the heavens. The whole thing was like some twisted pendulum built of small talk.

Tom Boram responds:
i was just assuming that benedetti was introducing me to some record producers or something. mike "forty five minutes of concepts" benedetti on the other hand, in inimitable style, was spotting baltimoreans while sitting in katz', the capitol of meats, in ny. conceptually speaking, if he had been in alphabet city eating fusion cuisine he only could have spotted at best a bostonite or chicagoan.
