The Insititute was founded through a generous donation by Dr. Jonathan
("Jack") D. Hoale in the early 1960's. "If it weren't for science, I would
still be masturbating the OLD way." Dr. Hoale said at the dedication
ceremonies. "I want to share what science has given me with the rest of
the
world!" With that resounding speech Dr. Hoale cut the ribbon marking the
opening of the single largest laboratory in Pasadena.
The rest is history. Almost forty years and over 400 publications later,
the Jack Hoale Institute is now world-renowned for its insight into male
excitatory and ejaculatory mechanisms. The public has affectionately begun
to call the Institute's scientists "Jackers."
