Right now BTE is an open project, searching for somebody (i.e. interested undergrad) to become its care-taker and champion. I (Matt Clapp) am too far away to be doing any work, but I'm still keeping these pages from being totally out of date in the hopes that somebody will start working on BTE again and find them useful.
