Mantum born in mountains, with war-race of Orcs. But ,Mantum not orc. Mantum something different.Long ago, when Orc tribe not so strong, human come through. Hurt tribe, and hurt Mama. Later, Mantum born, son of orc and human. Mama not mind, and Mantum not mind. But, tribe not like at all.

Many years pass, and Mantum growing up. Tribe not like him ,and treat him bad. Other kids stronger, meaner. Mantum is small and weak, and he not fight back. Grown-ups not protect Mantum. In war-orcs tribe, children need protect selves. Must learn war.

So life go for child Mantum. Noone like or love or care for except Mama. But, even that change. Because Mantum different, man-orcs not like Mama. She want another husband after firs tkilled by human, but noone like herchild. So ,Mama must be alone .Because of Mantum. Then, Mama stopped caring for Mantum. So, Mantum need be alone, solitary. Mantum learn to protect and care for self.

Then, Mantum's Bloodday come. Mantum become man, and learn to make war. Mantum not so interested in war, but he see it as opportd oppodu opport chance to become part of tribe. Maybe if Mantum accepted by warmaker, he become accepted by tribe. So, on Bloodday, Mantum walk around and talk to all warmaker. Mantum excited. First ones say no. Mantum loses some happiness, but keeps asking. More and more say no, and Mantum feel sorry again. Finally, Mantum ask lsat warorc he find. Old man, weak, and live alone. Mantum barely ask, with dead heart. And old man say yes.

What Mantum not know is that noone respect old man. Orc tribe laugh at him, and think him weak and stupid. All this because old man fight without axe. Old man name Grrmshnk, and he fight with hands. At first, this seem funny to Mantum, too. Not so funny when old man throw big Mantum to the ground and make his arm hurt. Mantum know fast that hand-fighting not a laugh.

So Mantum learn to hand fight. He train all the time. While other orcs laern axes and swords, Mantum learn kicks and grabbing. For 1 whole year, Grrmshnk hit, kick, throw and break Mantum. And Mantum learn much. But, Mantum also learn that Grrmshnk no different than others .Grrmshnk like war, and killing. He think hands used for beating away life. Mantum learn much from Grrmshnk, but not hate.

But, Mantum still not get respect. After so much training, orc-boys become orc-adults. Big orcs with big axes still pick on Mantum, and it mnake Mantum angry. It make Mantum angry. So, one day, Mantum fight back. He punch stupid gr'lak orc ,and knock him to ground. After that, orc (Mantum not remember name) challenge Mantum to death fight. Mantum not want death fight, and walk away. Whole village hear of fight, though. And Grrmshnk. Grrmshnk make Mantum fight dumb orc. Grrmshnk see opportunity to show hand-fighting good. Mantu monly student and only proof. So, Mantum fight.

When we fight, whole village watch. Cheering and growling. Dumb orc with armor and axe, Mantum with hands. Orcs laugh at Mantum. Again. Always laugh. And fight begin. Fight over quickly.

Mantum have dumborc in body-lock fast .Could feel bones bending. Could hear dumborc screaming. Or maybe village orcs cheering. Mantum blood pumping fast, and arms squuezxe harder. Harder.

Mantum look around and see all village orcws with red eyes and screaming mouths .They want death .They want Mantum kill dumborc. Mantum look to Grrmshnk.
