Gods of Pai-Lau
Turning: Priests of Good Powers turn undead as normal. Priests
of Evil Powers, however, attempt to control the undead instead of turn
them. However, Evil Priests are effectively 2 levels lower for purposes of
controling. Priests of Neutral Powers can choose between turning and
controling, with the same penalties.
All listed special powers are considered innate abilities. This means
the initiative modifier is 1, and they require no components.
