Verbeegs are a race of giant humanoids. They are a Chaos race. In general, verbeegs are very soft spoken and gentle. Most verbeegs are born with some sort of minor physical defect (a club foot, an extra finger, cleft pallete, etc.). Because of thei r size and physical appearance, the general impression is that verbeegs are a dumb race. They are generally grouped together with half-trolls as just violent idiots. However, in truth, they can be very intelligent, and use their intelligence to their adva ntage. They are always careful about their size because they are always trying to dispel the myth of their violence. Verbeegs make very good friends and travelling companions.
This race of huge, mottled green creatures is the largest in the world. Half-trolls tend to be 9' to 11' tall. They are huge and tough creatures. They are renowned for their regenerative abilities; they recuperate faster than other races. For this reason, they are the slaves of choice. In general, half-trolls are tough, crude and dumb. What they gain in strength and endurance, they loose in smarts. They have a violent nature and are prone towards conflict if provoked even the slightest bit.
Centaurs are a proud and noble race of creatures that are half human and half horse. A centaur appears to be composed of the upper part of a human body from the waist and the body of a horse excluding neck and head. The human torso melds into the p lace where the horse neck would normally be. They are usually 7' to 8' tall and 9' to 10' long. Centaurs are currently the most respected of the Chaos races in the Scavenger Kingdoms. However, if querry a centaur about this ranking, you will find out very quickly that they prefer to think of themselves as more than just a Chaos race.
This is a race of mute, psycho pygmies. They are among the smallest of intelligent races. Mold men are curious biological entities. They are a cross between humans, proud members of the animal kingdom, and some kind of photosynthesizing life form from the plant kingdom. Because their tissue is plant-like, mold men are more susceptible to taking damage from fire than your average animal. In fact, fire is considered to be the emodiment of evil in mold man culture, an element that is to be avoided at all costs. Mold men have no vocal chords. They are mute. Despite this, they have developed a sophisticated sign language known as Plant Whisper to take care of their communication needs. Mold men are considered valuable additions to military forces and thieving guilds for this reason. Mold men are a primitive Chaos race; they rely on hunting and gathering to survive. Their society consists of many small tribes that tend to be fiercly territorial. Tribal wars are not uncommon. Their life style is reflective of their behavior; a typic al mold man is ferocious in battle and loyal to friends.
Wemics are a race of half human, half lion creatures similar to centaurs in body composition save for one thing: instead of horse parts, we have lion parts. They are typically 6 to 7 feer tall and 8 to 9 feet long. Wemics are a Chaos race and are trully savage and barbaric. Hatred is the primary motivating force for a typical wemic. They can grow to hate almost anything, expecially Highbreeds (non-Chaos races). The only things they despise more than Highbreeds are centaurs. Although loathe to admit it, wemics are close biological cousins of centaurs.
