Poisons are kind of a cool tool for the evil party to use. I allow the creation of poison with the herbalism proficiency.
When created, the poison must be designated as either injected or ingested. A succesful check creates 3 applications worth, which can fit into 1 vial.
For injection purposes, two weapons can be coated in one round. And, coated weapons stay poisonous for 3 rounds, or until injected.
* - +2 to the check if the poison has an onset time of 10 min. or more
** - poison can be created in 1/10 the time with an extra -4 to the check
