Paper: Constraint-Based Monte Carlo Sampling Patterns
This paper was submitted to Siggraph `03, but was not accepted
(largely because it doesn't have enough pictures — I talk a lot
about image reconstruction but don't actually present any...)
I've been busy the last couple of years; maybe I'll rework it
for Siggraph `06. At any rate, here's the paper, in

form.
