About B.J.'s Homepage

This site is designed to be viewed at all resolutions and with all browsers. For best viewing, use a recent browser which supports Cascading Style Sheets, such as the latest versions of Navigator, Internet Explorer, or Opera. If for some reason, the page does not display well on your browser, please email the author with information on your resolution and browser, and I will work to correct the problem. HTML is hand-coded using TextPad, and the images were edited for viewing using Jasc Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop and/or ThumbsPlus. Most of the newer images were taken using the Kodak DC3400 Digital Camera.

My site has been designed according to the standards for both XHTML and CSS. To learn more about these standards, visit the World Wide Web Consortium.

For a variety of reasons, I have decided to set up two separate mirror sites for this website.

  • Site A: For general information, and all-around continual access, this site is hosted on a large university cluster, and should never be down. However, it has a space restriction, and as such, most of the multimedia files (pics, movies, et al.) have been taken off.
  • Site B: For complete access to the entire site as originally designed, visit . This site is hosted on my good friend Jason Barnes' personal computer.

This site is, like most personal homepages, a work in progress. I'm still not completely sure what will end up going onto the site, since I get new ideas all the time. Some of the ideas that I plan to add when I find the time include:

  • Searchable database of Fleming Hovse pictures
  • A shrine to the greatest villain of all time, Darth Vader
  • A tutorial on how to write readable and portable HTML
  • Anything else that strikes my fancy

If you are really interested in any of the above, or if you have a really cool idea that I might know something about, please email me and I'll see what I can do to speed things up.
