My Hobbies:

I like listening to music. All kinds of music actually, from Pop and R&B to Alternative and Heavy Metal! My favorite band, as you may have noticed, is MetallicA . I also play electric guitar. (Well, as my roommate Dan said, I only "sort of" play guitar :) Maybe I will scan a picture of my Fender Stratocaster alone with my Peavey Classic Chorus 212 amp and put it in this homepage!

I also like to sing. Actually, I am a pretty good singer. Hey, just in case my career as an engineer does not work out, maybe I will go sing professionally! :) (OK, OK, maybe not..) Oh, did I mention that my favorite male singer is Jacky Cheung?! I go to karaoke to sing Chinese, Taiwanese, Cantonese, and English songs with my friends sometimes. (Yes, yes.. includes my white boy roommate.. :) It is a lot of fun, especially when you are with your friends! For those who have not tried it yet, try it sometimes.

Photography is also one of my hobbies. I use a Nikon FM2, one of the very few pure mechanical camera in the world today. (I am a mechanical engineer, what do you expect? :) It is a good camera, a good backup camera for professional photographers. You can take pictures with that camera without any batteries. When I start making money, maybe I will retire this camera and get a Nikon F5.

The other interest of mine is motorsports. Yap.. like the Chevrolet commercial, I just love to drive. :) My former car was a 5-speed, Superblack 97 Nissan Maxima. Click here to find out more about my car! Unfortunately, I totaled the car on March 6th, 1997. It was a beautiful car. I am going to miss her. Now I am driving a 97 Toyota Avalon. To find out more about the Avalon, click here.

A new toy that I just recently purchased is a 1998 Suzuki GSX-R600. It is one awesome motorcycle. I hope to start racing it in early 1999. When I have time, I will take some pictures of it and then scan them in.

Updating my own homepage is also pretty cool. Since I doubt that anyone actually looks at my homepage, I can pretty much say whatever I want here. Freedom of speech!! I also like e-mail.. so write me often!
