Meeting called to order in Blacker.

1. Student Advisory Committee One rep from each house Get a frosh from your house-and send the names to Deans Deadline next Friday

2. Donut guys want to have an updated list of house affiliation Sec. of each House send UID for members each term Natalia saw a link for "update your house's directory" So there seems to be an option-jeremy not sure if it is an option Treasurers have a current list of UID-so they can send it to the Donut guys (devteam@donut.edu)

3. Card picks for Disco Fleming draw-because won last year (will be challenged) Ri Ll Bl Da Ru Pa 6 PM Monday Ri must challenge Fl-it must be played 9 days after challenge

4. North Field stuff Softball-played as usual Caltech dragged its feet for contracts and permissions Will start in Nov. ' takes a year

5. Track coach emailed Ath Man $1000 for letterman jackets-money comes from ASCIT

6. Ricketts Tables being taken away from Ricketts because they are antiques from "1920's" They want to take the furniture from the library ' Dabney Lounge If they still want to take…Ri would appreciate IHC backing them up

7. Housing committee met yesterday

8. Committee Reports ASCIT passed Everything written by Committee has to be passed by Chair He guesses he should pass it again

Margo agenda Moore money ' letters sent out Print winners in Tech Since it is the first time, say what qualities good in them Baltimore changed some things (more money to some) Briefly go over Rotation and how things went Moving went so smoothly All it took is the big hunk Jeremy saying moving day is Wed. Not happy that Frosh were living in Avery Both of them the parents placed in Avery ' both back in the house We should be informed who is opting out and have some communication in the midst Living in Avery should be a BIG deal Admin should give them a hard time…it should be a harder thing Pissed at the lack of info coming to us Us finding out that someone not coming ' then telling housing In the past Kim West fed us the info ' now someone else needs to know After ISP, it was said that international students should go to Slavin-Miller Now Who Organization Chart Who is in who's position (side note: Erika O'Niell and Tim Downes Want to meet with Tom F and Jeremy) Physical Plant taking over maintenance is BAD Rotation of staff to elsewhere is very BAD Physical Plant in charge of so much and service is not good! Dabney: One alley has had stuff stolen Emailed Housing, Margo, etc Now a big discussion about a stuff being stolen in house Ask that only House Pres or Excomm be able to ask for work to be done in the House Change the system so that other people cannot be put in Informing us when they put work order in for our House Houses look crappy because Caltech is doing the harm
