- Housing renovations - where will people live?
- new idea: double up in Marks and Braun, 16 trailers
- fewer RAs?
- leaves 9 extra people - put in North houses
- will doubling up in Marks and Braun work? rooms are pretty
small...
- maybe put more people in Chester and Del Mar
- RA selections
- meeting tomorrow at lunch, but IHC has lunch with Margo

- can't cancel on her, so rest of selection teams will meet with
Tom Mannion instead
- Card picks/room picks
- Old rule: only card picks in one house (was actually rule for 4
years? - not enforced until last year)
- 3 possibilities
- card picks in one house only
- multiple card picks, but need to pick one house before room
picks
- multiple card picks, don't need to decide before you get a
room
- leaning towards second option
- can we implement it this year? Vote 2-4-1
- but the system will be completely different this year -

- Need Avery rep for selections - will they have an elected
chancellor by then?
- Probably not - someone appointed by Avery council (Avery
will figure it out)
- Assistant directors of housing - interviewed 7 last week, one more
this week... will be selected soon, should start by next year
- Capra - sale almost closed, should get endowment that gives $50,000
interest
to use for student retreats
- ASCIT budget meeting - not finalized yet, IHC has no money :(
