meeting called to order in Dabney House

all present, guest: Kulsoom Hasan

1. Rough numbers for summer housing spots (need 190 total)
   • Blacker – 24, Dabney – 22, Fleming – 28, Lloyd – 27, Page – 32, Ricketts – 25, Ruddock – 32
   • maybe redistribute if some houses have more people who want to stay, other houses have less
2. Committee Appointments
   • only have one person for parking, one person for grievances
   • computer advisory – appoint Joe and Josh, Hao as alternate
   • upperclass admissions – Kulsoom, Mayra, Vera as alternate
3. Avery issues
   • doing rally outside of faculty board meeting – Avery doing counter-rally?
   • IHC doesn’t have invitations, but maybe we can go if there’s room
   • Kim has 2 minutes at faculty board meeting today
   • Explain who said yes or no, some reasons
4. Asian Heritage week – olive walk bbq May 28th, like luau
5. housing wants to do exit survey, needs rep to work on it – Joanna will do it
