meeting called to order in Fleming
all present but Penny; guest: Jeff Kaufman
- Jeff met with athmen from other houses to discuss including Avery in interhouse
- all agree scheduling could be tight for this year
- definitely want to include Avery next year, just need to figure out transition period
- wanted to know what end goal is - probably just as 8th house in interhouse
- all but one house was against grad students participating - maybe IHC would approve on a case-by-case basis (usually only first year grad students approved)
- still waiting to hear back from Avery

meeting called to order in Lloyd
all present but Kim and Penny, no guests
- haven't heard anything from Avery about interhouse
- planning for interhouse party
- still need reps from all houses, should probably email Claire with names
- any conflicts with 3rd week of January?
- none that anybody knows about
- Blacker busy during beginning of January, might not be able to help build/plan as much
- renovations
- houses still need to get surveys back to architects
- have architects heard back about rust on windows? - sounds like nope
- Phil - Blacker got full-size printouts of most recent version of floor plans and posted in lounge so people could write comments, might be good idea for other houses (especially other south houses) to do similar thing
- charge
- presidents will write up house-specific lists of issues that need to be addressed - supposed to be done by today, but will go to next Friday (or earlier) instead
- Blacker already has preliminary list
- meeting with Margo at 4 to discuss charge more
- Phil - someone in Fleming took Blacker's flag a year ago... any ideas what happened to it?
