- Change to bylaws
- Making IHC reps elected - passed by Page, not passed by Ricketts
concern that targeted directly at Avery
- Requiring IHC reps to be undergrads passed by Page and
Ricketts
- Still dont know how Ruddock ex-comm voted...
- Summer housing
- S. houses want to live in mods instead of N. houses
- Student Investment Fund (SIF) - Neil
- Run by students
- Institute wants to take over (making too much money) SIF wants
to ratify bylaws preventing that from happening
- Changes must go through review committee Neil, 3 faculty, 2 IHC
members
- Pick from new IHC members Mike Chang, Matt Krogstad
- Prefrosh reps all houses are set
- UCC lists need to send to Sue C.
- CRC reps
- In order to have them elected, need to change ASCIT bylaws
- Revamping CRC in general put CRC co-chair on ASCIT?
- Mods need to come up with lists of modifications ppl might want to
make
- Loft beds
- Hammocks
- Suspending furniture
- Walls picture hooks, etc
- Changing lighting
- Locks on doors
- Paint
- Flooding rooms?
- Where 2 rooms connect what will locks be like?
- S. Houses will each get additional off-campus house for year in mods
- Want off-campus ppl to be grouped by house if possible some in
Braun, some in Chester? All in Braun? 3-4 rooms in Chester (triples), or
~7 rooms in Braun (probably singles, maybe doubles though)
- Avery for next year housing guaranteeing 25 unaffiliated spots?
- Other Avery stuff
- Rewriting constitution to have elected position
- This year election will be 2nd week third term, but in future try
to have closer to other house elections
- Need to change resolutions to have 8 voting members on IHC now
or later?
- How will house membership work?
- Can grad students vote for representative?
- Without changing bylaws, we cant make rules about it, only
suggestions
