IHC Minutes: November 15, 2005

absent: Jenny Hsiao, Harold Hsu; guests: Helena Kopecky
- Helena Kopecky discusses again UCC and health ad training with the IHC.
- The IHC suggests holding a single training session from the counseling
center for both health ads and UCC's.
- The IHC suggests, in order to minimize conflicts, either holding such
a session twice on two separate week nights after 7 pm, or holding it on
a weekend afternoon.
- Helena will meet with the IHC again next term.
- The IHC continues to discuss budget cut and seven-day board issues.
- We may want to speak with Rick Bischoff about how the budget cuts
and related issues will affect prefrosh weekend.
- We will continue to speak with Tom Mannion and Margo Marshak to see
what changes to these cuts and seven-day board are possible.
- We need to start thinking about how to communicate these upcoming
changes to undergraduates if we are not able to prevent these changes.

- The IHC resolves (6-0-2) that Patricio can play soccer for Ricketts in
their next disco game as long as he has not yet this term played in a
disco game for any other House.
