Meeting called to order in Blacker

Committee members absent: Ricky Jones, Sean Mattingly

1. Ricketts Door
   • A crashbar has been instaled, though we don't know if it's a new one, or the old one.
   • Why should we have to pay for the security guard to stand out there, when there weren't security guards when the South Houses didn't have locking gates?
2. St. Luke's Trip
   • Issac will arrange a trip to St. Luke's with Tom Mannion.
   • Rumor has it that the administration is dragging its feet until all of the construction workers are gone.
3. Alcohol Policy and Interhouse
   • Gonzo is meeting with the administration about this.
   • Working plan is to distribute wristbands and drink tickets.
   • This idea is only for Interhouse. Other parties are business as usual.
4. South Houses
   • Students are seriously complaining.
   • Still paying full rent after a term longer construction and construction crews stealing everything.
   • RAs should get keys to the circuit breaker boxes (in case the electrical shop people aren't available).
   • Are the columns going to be refurbished? (apparently yes)
   • Are we getting carpet in the stairwells? (apparently no)
   • A Dabney alum came back and wrote a message on the wall with her initials. Jeff is making an 'alumni wall' to ensure that such sentimental messages aren't mistaken for graffiti.
