IHC Minutes: 01/11/07
Meeting called to order in Parson Gates
Guests preset: John Hall, Cathy Jurca, Tim Chang, Ken Libbrecht
Committee members absent: Matt Hartshorn, Harold Hsu, Jeff Kranski
- South Houses
- Interhouse - Houses should make sure to have a very large water supply available for party guests.
- Status of fixes
- Daily meetings at 10am between Tim Chang and the contractors.
- Also have weekly meetings to discuss larger progress.
- Fleming had construction workers coming through and checking everything/telling when things would be installed.
- South House shop is finished!
- Observing Jews (and others with religious reasons) will be given Medeco keys to the South House gates.
- The SAC isn't being finished under the current contract. It'll be started as a separate project once the contractors are finished.
- There's a major projects office at Caltech who are taking care of dealing with the contractors.
