Meeting called to order in Page

Guests present: Craig Montuori

Committee members absent: Harold Hsu, Michael Woods

1. Prefrosh Weekend
   • Biometrics demo is not going to happen
   • Party is also not going to happen, Craig reports
   • Houses will be allowed to leave up current and old party construction so the prefrosh can see it
2. Food Committee: Peter Daily suggested a separate vegan chair. We don't think this is necessary.
3. Parking Committee: Peter's report
   • The Parking Committee has decided to raise rates to $40 in October 2008
   • This is the first increase since they started charging
   • Apparently they need revenue and are compensating for inflation
   • A new building is being constructed near Moore for IST; this will involve some changes to parking near there
4. Committee Interviews: Will be going up soon
