Hardcore Fallout II
Have you ever beaten Fallout2 without any reloads? It can be done. Here is some information on how to maximize the probability of success. The main idea is first to create a character which is able to survive and flourish in the long term while still able to hold his own if confronted in a bad situation early in the game, and then develop his abilities to minimize the possibility of accidental death later on.
I have pages on optimal character creation, rudimentary gameplay, details, and tricks up right now, but they should be reorganized into more well-defined topics. I also have semi-complete tables of weapons, ammo, and armor.
