Note that weapon weight will increase when there is ammo loaded, and a
fraction of an ammo block will weigh as much as the whole block. For
example, a loaded plasma rifle will weigh 17 pounds even though it only
has 10 rounds, since a block of 50 micro-fusion cells weighs 5 pounds.
When I specify where a weapon can be found earliest, it is possible that
weapon can be found earlier through a random encounter. * indicates the
weapon tends to be found earliest in shops, so the location of earliest
find may vary.
