Consider the consequences of Bazooka Joe's pool layout carefully. Imagine yourself as being someone who is inable to swim. For what reason would you most likely go to a pool, to learn how to swim. Despite recent advances in technology it is extremely difficult to learn how to swim in a pool with no water. However, perhaps you are content with your lack of swimming ability and go to the pool with a group of friends, seemingly there would be no problem. However, the existence of a pool with no water for the use of those who cannot swim would be a taunting gesture. Picture Bazooka Joe saying, "Hey, loser! You can have a pool too, but'ya ain't gettin' no water like the cool people! You suck!" Also consider how dangerous a diving board would be in this pool.
