Rights and Responsibilities
Among our personal Rights and Responsibilities are:

| Longevity - to our own long and Healthy Life, the durable persistence of our Institutions, and the preservation of our natural Environment | Sustainability - that we must live in accordance with Universal Law as understood by Science, both individually and collectively |
| Liberty - to self-determination and a society that encourages unobstructed dissemination | Defense - that we shall protect the Freedom of All People even unto our last breath |
| Equality - to be treated fairly by Custom and the Law | Justice - that we shall eliminate inequity in every form whenever we find it, even at our own personal cost |
| Opportunity - to increase our material Prosperity and to seek personal Fulfillment | Win-Win - that we shall exchange value for value such that no party sacrifices and all parties benefit |
| Pursue Happiness - to foster and promote human Happiness in whatever manner we deem appropriate | Consciousness - that we shall proactively define our lives through our own deliberately Chosen Expression |
| Dignity - to be free from persecution, discrimination, criticism, and judgment, in particular the uninformed prejudicial varieties | Respect - that we shall Accept all People, be Tolerant of other beliefs and lifestyles, and strive to Understand our Similarities and Differences |
| Spirit - to express Purpose with a meaningful life tailored to our individual Uniqueness | Community - that we shall preserve the bonds of Friendship and seek Agreeable Community with all People |
| Peace - to live without threat or the fear of aggression, both in our daily lives and on a global scale | Humanitarianism - that we shall promote one Free and Human World by sharing the bounty of our experience with others |
| Growth - to improve our Being through the dint of our own Effort | Creation - that we shall continually Innovate, Challenge, and Explore, leaving behind a useful Heritage for others |
Acknowledgement and Concerns
We proudly Acknowledge that the Government of the United States of America
has done an Exemplary job of protecting the Civil Liberties of its Citizens.
It has combined a Representative Electoral Republic and a Free Market
Capitalist Economy in profoundly useful way. We feel these Systems of
Organization can be further Improved to more fairly represent the Interests
of the People. These changes address the following specific concerns:
Disproportionate Representation - Large organizations, in particular Wealthy Corporations, have a disproportionate influence on political policy relative to the collective mass of Citizens. Moreover, there is a declining Accountability of these large organizations, as well as minimal feedback to the concerns of Private Citizens. This has led to Corporate Interests taking precedence over the Public Good. The Citizens of the World assert the Right to fair Representation, and assume the Responsibility of creating a new form of "Government" to achieve that end: the Human Assembly.
Short-Sighted Exploitation - Our current organizations favor rapid growth over long-term Sustainability. This has led to the rampant consumption of irreplaceable natural Resources, the economic exploitation of domestic and foreign Citizens, and undue reward for shoddy self-obsolescing products in our Free Marketplace. This mindset is also responsible for world Overpopulation and our Energy Crisis. We demand an EMIT Money Standard to enforce Synchrony with Universal Law and make long-term Quality competitive with short-term exploitation in Open Markets.
Finance Economy Servitude - There is an increasing reliance on large capital outlays to fund common life Events. Owning a Home or insuring our Health are now beyond the finances of the typical Citizen and require the intervention of a Capital Intensive Organization. Paying off the Usurial Interest from creditors like these make Citizens into little more than modern day Indentured Servants. We must convert to a Rental Ecology to reduce the Required Capital to acquire specific Utility, Liberating the typical Citizen from Reliance on Finance Organizations. As a fortunate side effect, a Rental Ecology also makes large-scale manufacturers accountable for the environmental effects of their products.
Unbounded Natural Erosion - There are no checks and balances in our current systems to value the Quality of Human Life. This has led allowed the steady Pollution of our natural environment, the slow degradation of Human Community, and the steady decline of our Public Health. We pro-actively propose a Living Freedom Mission to unite our planet as One Free and Human World.
As individual Representatives of the United Humans of the World, we hereby solemnly Publish and Declare that we shall enact this Reformation in a Non-Violent and Progressive fashion. We shall Assemble regularly to guide this Reformation, in accordance with our Rights as a Free and Independent People. We assume the Responsibility of Protecting our Citizens even unto War, concluding Peace, making Contracts for the Public Good, establishing Commerce that is in accord with both Human Needs and Universal Law, and all other Functions necessary for the Promotion of Life.
The undersigned mutually pledge their Support, their Lives, their Fortunes, and their Honor to this Declaration of Reformation:
