Past in a Nutshell - I hail from Rockhome (the ancestral land of the dwarves). Even since I was a wee lass I was wantin' to be a fighter, drawn by the lure of the longsword. But the men o' me clan discouraged the womenfolk from learning the arts of war, and even those few acceptin' souls thought it was heresy to learn the longsword instead of the dwarven axe. So I had to learn how to fight basically on my own... well, if ye not be countin' all the men I had to beat up along the way. ;-)
My goal... and why - Every month in Rockhome a contest of fighting prowess is held. I seek to hone my skills by adventuring... so that I can return home and win that contest. Okay, in sooth I be wantin' to kick the arse of all the menfolk who doubted me, in public for all to see. Maybe it'll be teachin' em a lesson.
My motto to is... - "To each their own."
Pet Peeves - Conformity, and those who enforce it. Can't a lass be choosin' her own way in life without everyone tellin' her what a dwarf is supposed to be?
Past in a Nutshell - "Eccentric" is a good word to describe my past. I've been around the world, tried my hand at academia and business, and have traffic violations in 31 states of the union. :-) The New World Campaign is the latest in a long string of diverse ventures.
My goal... and why - To restore democracy in America the way the Founding Fathers intended. A more thorough plan can be found at HumanAssembly.org. I feel like we are becoming a nation of unhappy slaves to money; moreover, I believe that we can reverse the trend.
My motto to is... - "People are more important than Money."
Passions and interests - Friends are first and foremost in my life. I'm keenly interested in reading, learning, growing, and helping. I'm also passionate about having fun, both the good-clean and adult-rated varieties. >:-)
Some revealing quirks - My speech is peppered with oddities. I use words like "wugga wugga" and "spudnugget stuff" in everyday conversations, so frequently that people have called the words I use "Lumbardisms". In addition to made up phrases, I also provide my own sound track, employing numerous sound effects when I talk. I laughed by butt off when Gronk did his own theme music in the Emperor's New Groove... because I've done it before myself!
Pet Peeves - People who don't listen, or worse, spend their time thinking of why other people are wrong.
