Greetings!
Thankfully, living in the United States means that we are free to pursue happiness. But what is happiness and how do we pursue it? These simple questions have puzzled humans for time out of mind and are still central to our feelings of fulfillment and purpose in life.
The Pursuit of Happiness Series is a thorough answer to "What is happiness and how do we get it?" (as well as the closely related question: "Is happiness worth the effort it takes?"). It is based on modern scientific discoveries, age-old spiritual wisdom, and proven economic principles. An odd blend, to be sure, but one that is precisely relevant to our lives today.
Oh, and along the way we happen to solve the two thousand year-old mystery surrounding the ancient Greek philosopher Epicurus: namely, what the hell he was talking about in his philosophy.
Enjoy!
Sincerely,
Kim E Lumbard
Request for Feedback
Like everything in life, this is a work in progress and by no means
complete. If you have any suggestions, additions, or editorial comments they
would be well appreciated.
Thanks!

P.S. By the way, I frequently write notes like this one to remind myself what I want to write or how I want to change the text. The notes are often cryptic; feel free to ignore them.
