EXCERPTED FROM MESSAGE TO BO ADLER
} Hey Kim!
Yo Bo!
} For some reason, I thought you were in Hawaii. I think it's
} because Mike Nassar spoke about you for a while, when I last spoke
} to him, but I think it was because you had recently visited him,
} now that I think of it. What are you up to these days?
Lessee. Right now I'm the CTO of QIXO, a company Dan Ko and I have started
up. I'm living in a motor home parked outside a 24Hr Fitness in Sunnyvale.
I'm seeing a lady name Nan Kornfeld, who is an art instructor for prison
inmates. Last month I solved the Twin Prime Conjecture.
Needless to say, I'm having the time of my life. ;-)
} I've been up in the Bay Area since 1994. Phew. I miss LA a
} lot, especially since I don't even visit much. I'm a contractor
} now, so I work from home and avoid all human contact, whereever
} possible.
? It's curious you mention avoiding human contact because that's exactly
what Kevin Luster is doing nowadays. What is it that drives bright
programmers into seclusion?
} Anyway, please add me to your mailing list. Quoc mentioned that
} you guys sometimes go to the movies, too, which is what I'm really
} after. Some of the other things sound interesting, too.
Really? It turns out that I and Rajan Ranga are starting a Movie Fest where
we start cleaning up on all the movies we haven't seen over the summer.
We're going to see Disney's the Kid at the AMC 20 Mercado tonight at 7:30PM.
Interested? If so I could get you a ticket. We'd be gathering at 6:45PM at
the World Wrapps for a quick dinner, and then head over to the movie.
} Below is a message I got from a friend of mine. I read the
} article and was pretty intrigued. Have you heard anything about
} it?
Nope, but then there's quite a bit of new stuff out there nowadays.
Tunneling at macroscopic distances, instantaneous EPR spin coupling, M-theory
unifying string theory, etc. It's almost a full occupation just keeping up
with the latest advances!
