Neglomala is a human of slightly shorter than average height. He has greasy black hair and shifty, dark, piercing eyes. It is rather unpleasant to be in company with him, for his whole being radiates a faint but very discernable foul smell.

To most any non-evil person he meets, he seems insane. His conversations cover unique methods of pain and suffering, and he will spontaneously do most irrational and cruel things. Perhaps this is because he was abandoned by his parents and left in the street at a young age. But he has learned to adapt, and somehow this filth of life has managed to grow into an above average survivor.

He is a cleric and thief by trade. He follows the ways of Lu Yueh, God of Epidemics. He is interested in spreading hatred and death far and wide. In fact, Neglomala takes particular delight in drawn out and unbearable suffering. He enjoys stealing and taunting.

Thus he takes particular satisfaction working for the Red Hand. He has come to Smeffer and is eager to join other compainions in lying and treachery.
