Adam Lawton belongs to the Fleming Hovse class of 2001. It took me a while to get to know him, as he was firmly embedded in Alley 2 for the better part of his freshman year, but though late, I'm glad to have found his friendship. You've got to admire him for being a chemistry major, for belonging to the exclusive club of ochem freshmen, and for the bravery he showed by being one of the first to take Ch 4b with the advance knowledge that I'd be one of the TAs.
Adam lives in a stylish Elmo-studded room with lots of assorted goodies - candles, word-block, a shiny metallic CD player and a few thousand of the best things anybody ever said. More telling, though, is his taste in music - not just anybody can be at the top of this guy's list. A die-hard classic rock fan, Adam has a passion for the Beatles and a predisposition against "whiny female leads".
Adam is a planning fiend, coming to the end of his tyrannical stint as the Fleming Hovse Social Overlord. With no parties left to build or road rally clues to prepare, he's going to have nothing left to do except TA and go out with our crew. I can't even imagine what his senior year is going to be like...
