I am currently working as Staff at the
California Institute of Technology.
I am working on improving electronic markets for the
Laboratory for Experimental Economics and Political Science.
My home town is
Madison, Wisconsin.
In addition to science, programming, economics, and
mathematics,
I also play the violin
and am heavily involved in orchestral and chamber music.
Things to do at Caltech
before you go crazy
If you are not crazy yet, you are probably not a student here. If
you would like to become a student here you should check out the
Caltech Catalog.
If you are only interested in visiting here, you can check out the
Caltech Calendar.
Caltech also hosts many interesting public events, concerts, plays, and
other performances that may be of interest to outsiders. You can check
out the
Caltech Public Events Schedule.
There is a
Photo Archive
of famous people who have or still are associated with Caltech.
For more ideas you can check out the Caltech
Caltech Clickable Map.
And things to do after...
For students, there are plenty of good things to before or after
doing your homework. You could try to play and perform really good music
with the
Chamber Music program, good music with some other
Caltech Music programs, or maybe try some
other music.
If you want to try to hide how much of a nerd you are, you can try
to look sophisticated and social at the
Caltech Ballroom Dance Club.
You could vastly improve your relationships
with your grandparents if you checked out the
Caltech Bridge Club. Or you could check out any of the other
Student Clubs
here. You could hang out at the ever popular
UGCS Lab.
Of course there are many other ways to have
Fun
here once you have gone crazy.
