Chili con Queso
2 lbs cheddar cheese (velveeta)
2 cans/bottles chopped tomatoes and chili
1 heaping tsp chili powder
2-3 onions - chopped and fried in bacon drippings
3/4 lbs bacon - fried and crumbled
- Melt cheese in a double broiler
- Add sauce to melted cheese
- Mix in powder
- Add onions and bacon
- Serve in chafing dishes
Note: Best served with corn chips or tortillas
