Pinwheels

16 oz cream cheese

1 pt sour cream

1/2 c scallions (green onions) - chopped

1 can black olives - chopped

1 can chili peppers - chopped

2 c grated cheddar cheese

cayene pepper

large flour tortillas

• Blend cream cheese and sour cream well
• Add rest of ingredients to mix
• Spread on large tortillas
• Roll up and marinate in fridge ~24hrs
• Slice 1/3" think pinwheels
