Potato Cheese Casserole
2 lbs hash browns - thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c butter or margarine - melted
1 medium onion - chopped
1 pt sour cream
2 c grated cheddar (velveeta)
- Mix together in a large bowl
- Pour into a 13x9
- Bake at 350 for 45min covered
- Stir
- Bake uncovered ~15min or until golden
