Breakfast Apple Bread Pudding
1 baguette at leat 26 inches long, cut into 1 1/2 inch slices
8 eggs - beaten
3 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c sugar
4-5 Granny Smith apples - peeled and slliced
2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
2 Tbs butter
NOTE: Serve with maple syrup, whipped cream, and/or ice cream. NOTE #2:To make the night before; Put together and place covered in the refrigerator. In the morning place in the oven for 45 minutes.
