Cinnamon Rolls
1 Recipe Sweet Dough
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c butter or margarine - melted
- In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon
- Roll dough into 18x12" rectangle
- Brush with melted butter
- Sprinkle with sugar mix. Roll and pinch to seal (This is a good place to stop by covering with plastic wrap and placing in the refrigerator. When you
want to continue simply cut the dough while cold and place in pan, but do not start the rising timer until the dough reaches room temp)
- Cut into 15 pieces, place them in pan
- Cover and let rise 40min
- Bake at 400 for 25min or until golden brown. Pull apart with forks immediately
