Cheese Cake
Crust
- 2 c graham cracker rumbs
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c butter or margarine - melted
Filling
- 3 packages cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 eggs - one at a time
- 1 tsp vanilla
Top Layer
- 2 c sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 c sugar
- Mix crust in medium bowl. Press against bottome and sides of pan 9" round, 2" deep
- Mix filling and pour into pan
- Bake at 350 for 50min, cool 15min
- Add top layer
- Bake 10min at 450 with cookie sheet underneath
