Chocolate Peanut Butter Filling
2 Tbs sweet butter
1/4 c dark brown sugar
2 Tbs light corn syrup
1/2 c peanut butter
2/3 c chopped semisweet chocolate
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
- Melt butter, sugar and corn syrup in a medium saucepan. Stir until
blended and bring to a boil
- Decrease the heat to medium. Add the peanut butter and chocolate.
Stir until melted and blended.
- Whisk in the cream and vanilla. Simmer for 2 minutes.
NOTE: The sauce can be used at once or poired into a glass jar and stored
in the refrigerator for up to 1 month
