Coconut Pecan Frosting
1 egg
2/3 c evaporated milk
2/3 c sugar
1/4 c butter or margarine
1 1/3 c flaked coconut
1/2 c chopped pecans
- In a medium saucepan, beat egg
- Stir in milk, sugar, and butter
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 12min or until thick
- Remove from heat
- Stir in coconut and pecans
- Cover and cool thoroughly
