Coconut Pecan Frosting

1 egg

2/3 c evaporated milk

2/3 c sugar

1/4 c butter or margarine

1 1/3 c flaked coconut

1/2 c chopped pecans

• In a medium saucepan, beat egg
• Stir in milk, sugar, and butter
• Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 12min or until thick
• Remove from heat
• Stir in coconut and pecans
• Cover and cool thoroughly
