Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie
1 premade graham cracker pie crust
3 oz pkg cream cheese - room temp
1 Tbs half-anf-half
1 Tbs sugar
1 1/2 c cool whip
2 pkgs instant vanilla pudding
16 oz can of pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
- Whip together cream cheese, half and half, sugar, and cool whip.
Pour into bottom layer of pie crust
- Beat together remaining ingredients
- Pour over the mixture as a top layer. Don't mix layers together and
put in fridhe to chill for an hour.
